TRAVIA FOR YA ABOUT McDONALDS.

Corporate requires that ALL stores be remodeled every 10 years and if traffic has changed or lights have changed or new roads have come in, it is not uncommon for store to be closed and moved down the street. actually happened here twice in the past two years. a third is on the same lot, but one of the street close to is was widened and corporate made the local franchise owner tear down the original store (which was the first in Texarkana) and build it where it was facing the wider road.

The local McDonalds is one of our local sponsors and got this info from their PR person.
