Personally, I don't like to talk on my cell phone when I'm driving. I only do when I'm trying to find a place and the person is giving me directions. Otherwise I tell them I'm on the road and will call them back later.

I don't have an issue with people driving while talking on their phones, as long as they are not a hazard to the people around them. Unfortunatly most people are a hazard because they are not paying attention and end up swerving in the road or slamming on their brakes or doing something else that is eventually going to get them in a wreck. Or doing annoying things like the light turns green but they don't have a clue because they are chatting away or digging through their stuff of putting on makeup. Like just the other day, there was this woman talking on her cell phone, holding it with one hand, and her other hand was motioning like she was trying to describe the shape of something to the person she was talking to. Now obviously the other person can't SEE what she is doing, so it would of been a little more wise for her to sitck her other freaking hand ON THE WHEEL and steer rather than veering off into the other lanes.

Things like that really get me furious. If I have my trailer ball in, I like to screw with them by getting in front and constantly tapping on my brakes (not slamming, I don't want to get in an accident). For some reason people think like that 6" piece of steel sticking out the back is going to skewer them or something, and it usually gets them off the phone.

Now thatS real smart. You only do it when your trying to see the addresses on the buildings or the names of streets. That would seem to me to be a bit more distracting than having a discussion about the previous night date.

Now that's what I call really intelligent. Get mad at someone who might cause a problem on the highway because they're talking on the phone so you decide to compound the situation by screwing with them.

That's aggresive driving and at best could get you a ticket. At worst it could itself cause an accident. If someone gets killed in the process that could be vehicular homicide.

At least as a photographer you can make sure they get the lighting right on those two new portraits they'll take of you.
