I told the rain god to move up north, but he told me to go screw myself cause he wanted to stay and vist the gulf coast!

Yeah and they're saying we're going to get more of the same tonight, possibly another 5-10 inches in some places last time I heard (that was several hours ago though, don't know if the estimates have changed).

Sonny...when you get home, pull your air filter in your car out of the engine and let it air-dry.

That's what kills engines in flooding...wet air filters.

We stopped under the canopy.. Sunday, June 18th - 06-19-2006, 09:37 PM


My wife's birthday was totally fun, even the game the Astros lost was a good one.
One Ferris Wheel ride, one great meal, and rain caught us just after.
We ran out from under the rain, but not the clouds, at 1960, decided we
did not want to shop at midnight in Cedar Park, so stopped there.
I snapped these from the parking lot. Little did we know it would
turn into that big a storm! Ya'll stay safe!

Nice pics Harris, love the drama in those fiery skies. I remember seeing some of the oddly-colored light out my window Sunday evening and thinking I should go outside and check the skies out, but I was too lazy... :(
