I can barely finish a 2/3rd lbs burger. 30lbs would kill me, but I'd die trying! I love me some hamburgers.

Love it! Buffalo is healthy as hell, higher in protein than beef and much lower in fat, and tastes better. Its a win win situation :D

Actually, chicken should be thoroughly cooked to kill any bacteria that might be present (for example, salmonella).

I had buffalo once..... My stomach hated me for the next 4 days.

That was @ Bubba's Burger Shack on Westpark.

There's another place called Texas Burger Palce that sells buffalo burgers. Steelsun says that they are really tasty. I'm willing to try it again.... I like to live dangerously!
