Nice experience at Camera Co-op - 04-12-2005, 04:56 PM

Today was the first time I stepped into a true camera store in a long time. I decided to check out Camera Co-Op. I initially drove to the Shepherd location only to find it closed. I called information and found the place on 801 Durham. The place was spacious but the parking sucked. Anyway that's not the point. The people in there were nice and helpful. The sales person I dealt with (female) was very friendly and helpful. There were no pushy sales tactics. I did 25 minutes of browsing before walking out with a Giottos Rocket Air blower and a lens hood for 18-55. Although a bit more expensive at the store, I think I will spend my hard earned cash this Friday for a 50mm 1.8 at Camera Co-Op. 8)
