Yahoo SB problems?

I just have to gripe. Just a little. Just to make me feel better.
I have a yahoo small business account. I have had this account for close to two years I think. It's been good to me. I've had good customer service. UNTIL NOW.
I keep all my money in the eqivalent of my sock drawer. It's a cash paypal account/card which I use as a MC to pay my small business bills. I keep money in and it bills me every month. This worked flawlessly for the longest time until last month. Then for some reason paypal messed up my card and said it was declined. Took me a while to notice and then I checked with Yahoo sb. They said it was a card problem. I checked and the money was there. So I called paypal. Sat on hold for what seemed like hours. They checked out my account. Said it was good. They had to "reset" the card and all was supposed to be well and right with the world. So I called yahoo sb. They ran it again and my site was back up.
Since that time my site has gone down unexplicably 4 times. They've had the money...account is paid up. And I don't (until now) check my website every day to make sure it's up. The only way i realize the problem is when i go a day or two with no email on the biz acct. Then i check and sure enough it is down.
So i called them today to complain. They keep me on hold for about 30 min. Tell me it's a billing problem and they are sending me to the billing dept. 20 more min on hold and the billing guy comes on and i tell him what they said. He says they are wrong because billing is up to date. I tell him that I know this. He says he will "escalate" the account so managment can help me. I'm on hold another 15 min. Then he says, no need to escalate. Boss will fix it in 4-6 hours. I tell him I've been on hold forever and I think I should get a discount. Well that will take another hour on hold. I told him I'd just wait til site goes down again. Should be within a week.
I'm just so frustrated with the situation. I can tolerate this crap when there is nothing else going on in my life (which is never) but right now I have so much stress that I can't even remember my own name. I have no time or patience for being on hold and dealing with people who only view me as another complaint and another number on their list of things to do.
But my question was....is anyone else having problems with yahoo small business? does anyone else even use yahoo sb?

Yahoo messenger was not working at all several days ago and I have no idea what is going on but I think your problem might be that the servers etc are going through maintenance/upgrades/DOS attacks something. It could all just be an internet problem. No internet, no money for you. Gotta love the electronic age.

I use yahoo sb and have not had any problems, but with my luck now that I have opened my big mouth my 2 sites are probably down lol :) sorry you are having such a rough time with it, and hope it gets better

I'm knocking on wood, but I've been a customer for many years. They made me mad when they moved the 'personal' hosting to small business and made me pay another $25 startup fee, but other than that the service has been excellent. I host three domains there including PoloDigital.
