Wes - No there was a "natural" fog when I took the photo.

James - Although I'm not an attorney (my wife is) I think the language of #18 applies only to the winner and a written release has to be obtained, etc., etc., before a prize is awarded. So unless I win, and I am compensated in some agreeable manner, I believe I will still own the copyright to the photo. Of course the shoe falls the other way too if I happen to see my photo on any of their literature and advertising without my release ..... yahooey, looks like a shopping spree for me too at my local favorite camera store !!! ha-ha

I entered this one. I thought it might be the type of shot they were looking for.
