mailto: and Gmail

my wife uses gmail for her email (web based), but everytime she clicks a "Click here to email me (mailto:me@me.com) " link on some web site it opens up either outlook or outlook express.

I know why it does that, but I have tried to explain it to her about a dozen times and she does not understand. Anyway.....

I found a G-Mailto: program that will associate the mailto: link command in websites to use your Gmail web based email as the default email program for your system.

I have not used this yet as I wanted to see if any others have used this and how they like it.

There is a GMail Notifier by Google available as well that handles the mailto: links ... I am currently using it and it works fine ...
