Zoom in using the + key and then get superman completely in the frame you will get a 10/10.

Low 90s with the mouse. 154 and 150s with the tablet. Zoom in (+ sign) on the first couple levels for more points.

I got a 10/10 at the second city. But my overall score wasn't that great when done. Will have to attempt this some more. :)
