Bohonk445, Andy, is my brother and was a loyal member of TPF. One year ago today he was taken from our lives too soon. He is missed greatly and will never be forgotten. In honor of his life, I pulled together some of his favorite things to remember the wonderful person he was and how much he loved life. I love you Andy, you are always in our hearts.

That is a very touching post. I never knew Andy but he sounds like a very nice fellow. I am sure he misses all of you as well.

Same here...I never had the pleasure of meeting Andy. From all the responses I read a year ago sounds like I missed out on something special.

This is what helps me...instead of dwelling on his absense I always try to remember the reasons I loved having my loved ones around. Even though I fight through the tears, a smile and a few laughs seem to make that dissapear!

I know it hurts, that part will never go away.

Joanna thanks for posting this. It seems like yesterday that Andy was posting. I can't beleive it has alredy been a year. He is truly missed on this site and by you and your family and his extended family. I will keep y'all in my prayers.

Joanna, I had a chance to meet Andy once - and spent some time talking with him since Mike and Cody were so late (they blamed it on the bride, yeah, right.) Great guy. I'm sure he was a great brother. I wish I had known him better.

The funeral was very touching. I had never attended a police funeral and it so touched me. Seeing such an outpouring of love and support was something else.

My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family today. Keep the faith.

CHAMPUU.. its an awesome tribute.. to a loved one.. I know how you feel.. and a year seems like.. yesterday somedays.. I lost my son..6 yrs ago on Aug.15... time eases the pain.. but never takes it away. Now I keep moving from the memories of him . My daughter and I make an annual treck to the spot where he had is accident to take him.. Mountain Dew, Reeses peanutbutter cups and a dozen roses... Its our way of memorializing him.. in a way..He would like.. HUGS to you... Janice
