But my company does marketing to real estate agents and we have permission to use their email addresses for mailouts. so I know there has to be a way to get addresses off a web site without having to individually copy and paste each one. I've tried doing something in Excel or Access, but it is not working like I wanted and I haven't written a macro in a while so I'm rusty.....help me, help me please....

You could do a WGET of the sites - and then search for "@" I suppose. (WGET is an application that will download the entire website - you can control it to where you are only going x levels deep, or not download images, etc... depending on the 'flavor' of WGET you use. There are ports for Windows available.) It's not very slick I'm afraid...

If you have permission from the holder of the email address, why don't you have their address? If you don't have their permission, whose permission do you have?
