Yeah I didn't think about it, just check it out once you get home since the video is from a TV station in LA (?) of a guy climbing on high power lines and getting lit up, he survived btw.

He was a drug addict who just went off the deep end, when the fire dept showed up with their ladder he tried to get away from them and that is when he turned into the giant flash bulb because he reached over and grabbed another wire which turned him into a giant conductor.

I've heard of people messing with electric lines and because they usually don't let fully go of the upper wire, they slide their hands across, once they get into the situation the electricity pretty much wants to stay in the wire and not travel through you but when he went to grab another wire well then WHOOSH!!!!!!!!!! (guess the tennis shoes kept his feet insulated).

DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!
