We are in the process of setting up a house for rental, anyone know where to get the credit check on prospective clients?

Thanks!

You will have to subscribe to a service to check their credit. Be sure to cover you A_ _ and have the prospective client provide you all the necessary information to check it and sign a release that they are allowing you to check their credit.

Any of the Big three credit reporting agencies will probably offer a paid service of this nature.

Here is just one that you might consider.

not sure if you thought about the taxes you still have to pay on it (school and property) you may want to include that in the rent or a portion of it so you can recover some of it.
