Heh.
I bought the book, but I gave it to a friend as a graduation present. I'll have to pony up for both the book and the movie--can't have one without the other!

Hehe, Jeff gave me a copy of the book on our wedding day, inside it said "Today, you are my princess bride, I love you!"

Worst line ever: I don't know the name of the movie, but it takes place in France in the Middle Ages. Tony Curtis plays a knight, who is coming home from a crusade (I think). He comes over a rise with his friend and sees a Walt Disney castle in the distance, and says in his best Tony Curtis: "Yondah dere, lies my foddah's castle."
Since there isn't a single line on the site from Monty Python, I can only say that there mothers were humpsters and their fathers smelt of elderberries.

Being a Clint Eastwood fan, this one's my favorite from the article:
"Clint Eastwood's vigilante cop "Dirty" Harry Callahan never actually says: "Do you feel lucky, punk?" while pointing his giant .44 Magnum at a downed bank robber in the opening of Dirty Harry (1971). He does say, however: "Being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question, 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?" The same quote is repeated almost word for word at the film's conclusion."
He also has a good line in The Outlaw Josey Wales (played by Eastwood). A bounty hunter, who's out to capture Wales, tells him it's nothing personal, but a man's got to make a living. Wales responds, "Dyin' ain't much of livin', boy."

Possibly the most used, never said, non-quote of all: "Beam me up, Scotty."

Yeah and Dirty Harry didn't say "Go ahead punk, make my day" either, what he said was, "Go ahead, make my day." Just some of how movie misquotes go on to be more famous than the original correct quotes...
