I am new to the printing game and had emailed a lab with some questions. He made a typo in his response today that was too hard to pass up.

His text is in red... Of course, I had to respond. Hey, I am getting old.... need to have as much fun as I can.
Thanks Bradley,
but when ordering I prefer to crap using the sponge tool and set it for “saturate” with hardness at 0%, flow around 27%. I tried the crop tool once but found it to be very uncomfortable.

Jay,
I have looked at FAQ on website. I assume for normal prints in various sizes including 16 x 20 I would convert my adobeRGB color space to sRGB and save at 250 or 300 DPI and save as .jpg……..is this correct?
Yes that is correct
You can crap using the crop tool when submitting the order, please make sure that your image is the correct aspect ratio for the print size ordered to ensure accurate cropping.
Thank you
