yeah, but it isn't a newspaper. Just a typical woman's magazine . 99% of the photos are doctored, cover images get about $10k worth of photoshop work etc. Why would anyone expect truth from a magazine like that ?

Mind you, Druge Report is right up there with shoddy journalistic ethics too, so I wouldn't credit it with much value as a source either ;)

The magazine admits to what it did and most of the PS work in mags isn't attaching heads to different bodies without the owner of the head knowing what is going on. Yes there have been many cases where the "actress/vip" body and head on a page are 2 different persons but the vast majority of them know what is going on, very much along the lines of a body double/stunt person stepping into a scene in a movie.

Though it sounded like they'd already indicated it was fake when they published it 'We do not believe anyone seriously thought she would nurse and report the news the same time! This is an image illustration and is stated so with the byline of this story.' Also, they don't sound like they care (not being journalists and all)

The real complaints about this sort of thing were newsweek (which at least claims to be journalism) putting Martha on the front page when she was still in jail and 'forgetting' to mention it was an illustration.
