Has anyone else been successful in using Costco's web site to upload photos in the last 3 weeks? I have been having trouble for weeks. I managed to get some photos upload once after repeated errors, but it's back. I get the message that says "We're sorry-there's been a system error. Click on the button below to return to Costco Photo Center. If you have a moment, please give us feedback on what you were doing when this happened. This will help us solve the problem. Thanks!"
I emailed them just like it says to (feedback link) and it hasn't helped. I'm just trying to get some personal prints made. This is very aggravating. Costco's location is totally inconvenient now so I don't want to go up there with a CD and then wait for them to be printed. I want to go up there to pick up my prints and get out. I don't even go up there unless I have another reason to be in the area.

I haven't tried uploading any photos lately, but I have been getting errors on their store website for the last few days. I ordered some Christmas presents and when checking on the status, get server errors. It sounds like they are having major server problems. Good luck.

Thanks for the info Jeff. My problem was that when I tried to upload to a new album, I got the error after clicking I agree on the copyright message. When I tried to add images to an existing album, I got stuck in a loop. It would take me to the thumbnails page and I click Add photos and it takes me right back to the thumbnails page.
I tried Firefox just now and I was able to upload with the one-at-a-time tool, where they have 12 file browse lines. It worked. In order to use the "cooler" upload it wanted me to install something, I guess since I switched from IE to Firefox, but I wanted to try the other way first.
Sorry that you're having problems, too, but maybe you can try Firefox.

I've uploaded three times in the last week and had no issues. Are you using IE? What about the old delete the temp files trick?

Yes, I was using IE when I got the error. I will try clearing everything out next. For now, I got my order placed through Firefox, but I'd like to get it working with IE. Thanks!

Every MS update for the last year has broken the dll cache. Programs stop working until the following is done:
Start>Run>sfc /scannow
If it asks for your CD, get it, put it in the first cd/dvd drive. Wait til the Windows File Check window disappears, remove the CD, reboot.
