I have NOT seen it, and my younger friends keep making references to it. I have no clue what they are talking about.

I've seen small parts of it. Nevermind where...

and I've finally figured out why "was naaahce" has become a catchall phrase.

I saw Borat and I thought it was hilarious... I tend to enjoy offensive humor though. I have a pretty thick skin. The naked wrestling scene almost had me in tears I was laughing so hard. I've read that this movie stireed up tons of controversy but it didn't both me at all. It was so funny :D

I have to say, this movie was quite a suprise... I'm not a big comedy fan, I like mostly intense drama and suspense, along with some horror/slasher stuff, but I'm very picky about comedies. My faovrite of all time is dumb&dumber. Anyway, I digest. THis movie was quite a suprise.. It was highly politically incorrect, and I about busted a gut at a few points during the movie I laughed so freaking hard. It made fun of a variety of societal groups, so if that offends and you haven't seen it you may want to pass. but much like the Simpsons show, they make fun of everyone, so in a way by doing so they're not discriminating a particular group.

If you're not easily offended and haven't seen it, you should! It's absolutely hilarious.

Now that's an oxymoron if I've ever read one! j/k

I've not seen it yet, but fully intend to. Watched 5 clips of it and was laughing my ass off at every one of them.

/high five!

On a side note, Kid Rock and Pam Anderson both filed for divorce 1 hour apart from each other, and it's apparently due to her being in this movie.

It had it's moments. I'm just not a huge Jim Carey fan.

Our newly elected State Congressman was in the theatre with us and Borat sent him running out of the theatre about 30 minutes into the movie. Any film that can repel Congressmen is OK by me!

I doubt if that's the reason. I think she just finally stopped and took a good look at Kid Rock. <shudder>
