Very disturbing but all to common. But at least the internet, helps bring a little light in to those dark and nasty places. There would have been a time not too long ago when they would have just disappeared into Nacht und Nebel.

Very interesting story. Especially since most of the arrests are aimed at journalists who are using the internet as their main tool. Just another way for oppressive regimes around the world to stifle free press and free speech.

In our own country, we've got a couple of reporters looking at serious jail time over the Balco and Barry Bonds fiasco. They wrote the book and refuse to reveal their sources. I read a good article about it in Sports Illustrated a month or so back.
