Jim, I don't know if it's the same source that Erica found, but I do know that ezprints.com will has two options for ceramic tiles. 6 4" tile mural, or a single 6" tile for $99 and $11 respectively.

Seems like the 6" ceramic tile deal is better than what I found for $14.95 for 4x4.
