I have installed it, uninstalled it, reinstalled it IT WILL NOT WORK!!! it completely freezes up my computer and does not work. It tells me that macromedia projector is not responding. I know nothing about computers and such can anyone help me, I have emailed the support team, I got an auto response that said it could be up to 2 days before I get a response and with it being so close to the holidays I'm thinking it could be longer than that.
