Yeah, but unless I missed something, your body would become the landing gear. And those stubby wings aren't going to be really great at gliding...

actually in the vid... he cuts the engines and pulls a rip cord on his parachute... then folds up the wings (stowed position) and floats back down via the chute

the only thing I noticed that would truly scare me is it looked like he had some serious issues maintaining altitude in the turns...which flying wings are notorious for. but that is kick ass...I want one too!
