I'd love to go to the Red Earth Festival in OKC. http://www.redearth.org Usually held early June.

Plenty of Native Americans in colorful costume.

the Blue Angels Air show will be held at NAS CC April 14 &15. Yeah I know it isn't as big as most but it is still an airshow

Dallas got an AFI film festival that will take place on March 22 - April 1. The people running it promises big stars will come so it might be good for photos.
