I thought the guy might have a heart attack.

We shall see. At the pace technology's developing these days, it becomes harder and harder to play catch up. But, one has to give Kodak credit: when they finally recognized and accepted what was going on around them, they took decisive steps and didn't fool around.

I do appreciate the sense of humor of whoever put that out, Kodak or not!

It is hilarious! It's actually a video made and produced by Kodak, originally internal, but they've decided to release it. :)

I really liked it and I think it is cool Kodak can laff at themselves. They really did miss the digital boat. I have worked for Fuji Film installing and repairing one hour photo labs and I have seen alot of change over the last 5 years. One of Kodaks big problems is that they don't make their own photo labs. Fuji does, so as technology went digital, Fuji integrated digital with their print labs to give customers what they want. This meant more companies bought Fuji labs thus buying Fuji photo paper and chemicals etc. As far as cameras go, Fuji has been involved since the beginning but realise the camera market is very diverse and there are many players. Kodak had blinders on but after layoffs totalling over 30,000 employees, have seen the light and are shifting their direction. Right now I would estimate most one hour photo labs see 1/4 the amount of film they used too and most of that is from one time use cameras. Digital orders for prints and cd's are the bread and butter of most photo labs now.
