See if her tune is the same if she or someone she loves gets hit by a DWI.

Looks pretty irresponsible. Was out for a couple drinks on New Year's Eve, and I noticed the coasters in the bar had an ad for a DWI lawyer on one side.

Nothing is free. I wonder how much the good barrister charges. He probably costs a lot more than a few six-packs and sneaking drinking at home. I would think that just the costs of fines, lawyers, and time would be enough to prevent DUI but it doesn't. Methinks a most irresponsible ad.

There was one for a prominent Houston DWI attorney near 59/610 a couple of years ago that was similar to this one. "Sober people can fail the DWI tests, too." Jackass...

Wouldn't make me start drinking, but the sight of those gams might make me drive off the road.

If you want to really reduce drunk driving, close down all the bars. What do you think 95% of the patrons do after drinking? They drive home. Duh. Either that or make bars give patrons a breathalyzer when they are ready to leave and shuttle the intoxicated ones home with a sober bar employee driving.

About a year ago there was a similiar billboard on 121 for quite awhile, with I think this same lady's picture. It was not quite as blatent in it's message, but it advertised DUI defense. I don't remember seeing it anymore, as I drive 121 every day to work. I'll pay attention Monday.

"I wonder how much the good barrister charges. He probably costs a lot..."

Mimi appears to be a She in the photo.

I remember seeing a billboard like that over off I35 right where it crosses under the RR tracks, south of the I-35/ 183 split- but don't remember seeing it recently, though

Talk about lies ! These days,if they get you for DWI you will go to jail ,you may not have to stay long but ,they are pretty serious about it. The last thing drunk drivers need is more justification or excuses. Bob

While I do not like the billboard sign, especially the implied notion that drinking and driving can be acceptable, we must not forget that every person in this country has the right to have their day in court and have a legal representative. Those are the freedoms we are fighting to protect. Her billboard is focused on her target audience, those that drink and drive, boat, pilot an aircraft, etc. Which is probably the reason she shows so much leg in her billboard photo. Check out her webpage (link below). She is a single shingle lawyer and not part of multi-attorney law firm. BTW, she could use some help with the photography on her website.

Well it's not like defense lawyers are known for the morals... this is in poor taste and I bet she's laughing all the way to the bank. I believe in Karma. I really do and she will get what she deserves. It may take a while but I have faith that everyone gets what they have coming.
