Canon rebate extension? - 01-11-2007, 03:41 PM

I just downloaded rebate form from canon's website(cash in with canon) and it appears the purchase date has been extended to Feb 19,2007--postmark date extended to March 22, 2007-- and received date extended to April 5, 2007. Can anyone else confirm this? Some vendor websites still refer to the Jan 13, 2007 dates. I would assume that canon's website would be legally correct.

Wow. Thanks for posting this. The date change is definitely printed on the rebate form and looks legit to me. An extension is nice since I'd like to purchase one more item, but it needs to wait until the end of the month.

I'm guessing that has a lot to do with the extension...
