MLK Day

I hope everyone enjoys the day and maybe take a second or so to remember a true American hero, Martin Luther King Jr.

It's a shame that so many will miss M.L.K. celebrations due to poor weather.

It is a shame so many companies fail to recognise it as a true Holiday like the one I work for. He peacefully got this country through some difficult changes that we needed to make. I hate to think how violently it all could have gone without his leadership and example.

I remember reading several years ago that the speech was copyrighted- one reason you don't often see it in print.

I remember MLK, I was eight when he died. I spent his day spending $700 on my dogs at the vet.
