I'm guilty of putting salsa on a lot of stuff it was never intended to be on. But it has to be fresh. That bottled stuff tastes like poo.
I recall back when I was camping 2 or 3 weekends a month with the Boy Scouts. We always carried a bottle of the green tobasco sauce in our backpacks. The boys called it "booger juice". As a Scoutmaster, I was often called upon to sample the culinary creations of the Scouts cooking over their fires. Let me tell you, a little booger juice will cover up a multitude of cooking sins :)

Mustard. On corny dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, I use it when grilling sometimes, all kinds of sausage , and especially hot dogs.
Anyone that puts ketchup on a hot dog should be run out of Texas.

1) Mustard (regular yellow, french's)
2) Taco Bell fire sauce
3) Cholula
I'd say mayo, miracle whip, ketchup, bbq sauce, a-1, and worcestershire all rate about the same...dependent on the food being eaten at the time.

I like hot sauce... Texas Pete, Louisiana or Red Devil are good. Love it on beans and greens.

Salsa, but not that Pace stuff! If it has to be bottled, Herdez or Hell On The Red are much better.
The condiment bar at El Taco Tote is the stuff of my fiery, sweating, red faced culinary dreams. If only they would open one in Midland.
