I've become partial to Interfacelift. Post your favorite site for royalty free desktop wallpapers. I'd be interested to see some new sites. Of course, some of us like to use our own stuff as wallpapers, but I like to use other peoples work to try and inspire me from time to time. I tend to make my own from shots I've taken or images I dig on aviation sites.
