For the first time, I actually designed my own business cards because i wanted something more professional looking than the standard templates. Then I decided to try and save money by ordering them through Vistaprint. The ordering is easy enough and you can't beat the prices.
The first batch of 1000 came in a week after I ordered them. I opened them up and found business cards for a realtor in Hawaii! Wow, these will come in handy. I called the customer service line, they asked me if I was sure I didn't get the design wrong and told me to make sure I ordered the one I really wanted. I then explained to the customer service guy, not so politely, that I don't live in Hawaii and I'm not a realtor. After putting me on hold for another 5 minutes he said they would send me another batch.

3 days later I got the second batch of cards. This time they got the design right but the quality was horrible! The glossy side of the cards had bright green lines going through them. Each card had lines in different spots. So I called the customer service guy again and explained the situation. He told me that it was most likely my design and I should double check it and order again. I did as he said and found no green lines in my design, f course. He offered me a refund, which I quickly accepted.

The next day, a suprise 3rd batch of cards came in! These cards actually looked OK. So I got 3000 cards, 1000 which were wrong, and 1000 which were bad quality, for free. I didn't come out too bad on the deal, but their customer service sucks! Use them at your own risk!

sorry to hear about the loss...I just got 300 postcards from them and the quality was great. I haven't ordered beusiness cards yet, because I like Overnight Prints, but others don't like them either so I guess it is buyer beware...

I've ordered from VistaPrint a couple of times. The last time they sent a batch with a white line going across the top on the back. I called Customer Service and 5 minutes later they has apologized and had agreed to rush another batch through for me. Had them 2 days later and they looked great!

I don't use them anymore because I found a place that will do them for free (friend of a freind kinda thing).

That's pretty funny.

I used overnightprints.com, and had great results.
