Resizing An Old Picture

I want to resize an old picture that was taken long time ago, by a photography studio, but no one will touch since it was done by a professional. but that studio is not longer in business. Does any one know who can resize the picture for me or am I going have a hard time trying to find some one to resize the photo? If anyone know, be adivse what I can do.

Well, the proper decent thing to do is don't copy it as it is probably copyrighted.

But then again, you could take just about any halfway decent digital camera and rephotograph the thing, too.
