Man I am really digging my teaching gig. Most of the kids are cool....I taught a couple tonight at the basketball game how to use off camera flash. I have lots of free time to do weddings and other photography assignments....

but the best part is I have 59 more (working) days until I have 93 straight days where I can schedule how I want...and I already have almost every weekend in july and august booked for weddings...and half of June.

The job change frighted me back in August of last year, but I am totally stoked about next year at the school and my new lifestyle.

No more 270-280 days a year work for me!

i know how you feel. My wife is in her 3rd year of teaching.

after being laidoff from 3 companies she said it was time for a change. she went into teaching and has loved it ever since. She teaches k-5 art and just won teacher of the year at her school

besides teachers love to party

sheesh! Thats IT?!?!? hehehe I wish That was all the days I work! hehehe actually technically I work 260 days a year.....I just did the math. 5 days a week for 52 weeks a year......Man. NM I guess I have nothing to complain about! hehehe

Clint, I keep trying to talk my wife into getting a teaching gig so that we could have all those days off together. Wouldn't that be awesome?
