What are some other one that people belong? Not looking to leave TPF, because it is great, just looking for some additional ways to learn/improve my photog skills.

You might check out this site: http://ourppa.com/ You must register with your full name as your user (screen) name. They also have a few rules about being nice. I also visit Pro4um, but it is a paid forum.
