Outlook and POP3 emails - 02-22-2007, 09:35 AM

Okay, so I have both a laptop and a desktop, and both have outlook on them. Is there a way to have outlook NOT delete the emails when downloading from the POP3 so that both computers can both be up to date and accurate with my email?

yes there is a setting under the email account you set up to "leave a copy" of the message on server.

or it may say leave messages on server.

Only down fall is you will have to manually clean the messages off the server if you set poth PC's with this same option

Sure. Go into your email accounts, choose the one you want to Change, click on More Settings, then the Advanced tab. The last option in the dialog box allows you to choose your server settings.
