Anyone going to the TPPA Texas School in April?

I'm still deciding. I usually go every year, but this year I'm pretty swamped. Some of the classes are already filled, you'll need to check to make certain the one you want is still available. I was going to go for a photoshop class this year, but may end up doing other things & just trying to pick folks brains to get the info locally!

I am going to be there assisting some classes but not going to any of them. Just having fun :)

You should go its one of the best out there without a doubt!

TPPA = Texas Professional Photographers Association
Texas School is a week-long course each year on the Texas A&M campus. When you sign up, you select one course for week, so it's pretty intense in that subject.
This is my first year going, so I can't tell you much more about it yet.

that's what i'm hearing. his class was recommended to me by someone else. i'm really looking forward to it. and i'm also exciting about being back on campus since I'm an aggie. a double treat!

I'm going, just seeing if anyone else here was.

I was on of those who stayed-up and registered at midnight - I had heard that some classes fill up within minutes.

I'm going to Jack Reznicki class - I heard him speak before and am looking forward to seeing him in a smaller venue.

I am "thinking" about this. Can you give me some more information. I looked at the website and saw the list of classes. So you pick one for the week??? But you pick three and if your first choice is full, they go down the list>>What else can you tell me.

I have been many times and always look forward to it. This year I will be assisting Karen Peters and her daughter Janine Killian in a portrait class. As of today there are over 950 photographers from around the country signed up for one of the 34 classes. It's still three weeks away so I'm sure we will break 1,000 students for the first time.
