EVERY year this happens, and I say I'm not going to watch it ever again. Two years ago it was Bo Bice, last year Chris Daughtry... and now this.

Yeah, I was in complete shock. Seriously something just doesn't smell right. When I saw the last two paired together I would of put my entire life earnings that Sundance and Sabrina were going on, glad I didn't do that.

American Idol voting is flawed. When call the volume to a certain number reaches a high level, the calls are gapped and only a few calls at a time are allowed to complete. The phone companies equipment does this automatically to protect the network. A result would be a person not so popular could actually get more votes than a favorite. Text messaging does not have this problem but I'm not sure how many people vote that way instead of dialing from a phone.

This is the first year I have ever watched the show. That was wrong.... Sanjaya has GOT TO GO! I like Sundance singing Jeremy. It was certainly better than Sanjaya. Thanks goodness they got rid of Antonella. I couldn't even listen to her entire song last week. It was better than the week before but I still want to throw things at her. It's too bad about Sabrina, but I am kinda glad yest surprised Haley (don't know how to spell it) made it. She isn't singing the right songs and she won't win, but personally I think she has a great voice. I think she is more cut out for musicals, though. Not in a Simon-insulting sort of way, though. Good ones.

actually, kinda nice to see the contrarian population unite on what is otherwise a reality (NOT) TV. reality-TV is more manipulation-TV...sorry, IMHO. Every time i watch one of those, i feel like i am being somehow manipulated, too. so i generally abstain.

Actually I'm not watching it. After they narrowed it down to this set of rounds and the guys did their first night of singing I was just so bored. It's on in the house, but I am not actively watching it. I do have to admit though that I was totally shocked with the last two people that went home, but it happens every year.....

Now if we want to talk survivor, I am all over that...
