Is it the time of year or what? - 03-11-2007, 11:16 PM

Does it seem that every year about this time people seem to be on the edge and ready to pounce on anything and everything? I've notice this on this forum and a few others that I visit that people seem to be on the edge and ready to fire up and argument over the smallest of things. Seems like it was this way last year and the year before and the year before. In the animal world it happens in the rut season buts that over so is it just a form of cabin fever from the winter? Don't know about that either though because our winters don't get that cold around here. At least this hostile trend only seems to last a few weeks each year. Now look what I done gone and done. Somebody is gonna want to jump on me for saying what I said, Well come on then . J/k

I did see something last night on Animal Planet about young bull elephants going rogue because of mating season - possible correlation??

John,

I take exception to that...you need to check your facts before posting such nonsense. Go back to shooting next to the window.

Hehe.. Sorry I couldn't resist!

Well to be on the safe side I palced a rifle by each window in my house last night, along with a few claymoores and some bouncing betties. Hopefully 3000 rounds of ammo will be enough to get me through this years rage season, had to resort to hand to hand last year .
I think I figured it out last night!!! It's the pollen in the air! It's enters our nasal passages and works it's way to our brain where it screws with our nerve receptors.
