Rusty, they must know you are a Canon shooter. FedEx told me they give priority to Leica shooters like Stovall.

You mean UPS (Unforgettably Poor Service). FedEx is great. The driver on my route usually gets my stuff here by lunch and when they say 4 days to ship that includes the day it was shipped if it was out the door before noon. UPS usually takes 4 days + the day on which the item was picked up. Yadda, yadda, yadda...I really didn't want to put Tuesday's work on hold.

As sorry as I am for your inconvenience I think it's worth noting:

• This is one of four en route to you from us and the other three are on time.
• This difficulty is from the shipper, and not from B&H which shipped all four packages at the same time from the same warehouse
• The shipper is UPS and not FedEx.

Neverthless I know how frustrating this can be and I sympathize.
