If you hadn't heard there's some pet food out there that's killing or making sick our precious pets. This site list all the brands that the food was sold under. If you have any DON'T feed it to your pet.

It would devastate me to lose my Sarge and I know others here feel the same way.

Most of what they have on the list is considered cuts in gravy. Yesterday I took the pouches of cat food I had back to PetSmart, got a gift card for refund, I didn't have the receipt, and bought my babies food that was not on the list.

Both the people at menu foods who I talked to before, and the people at PetSmart where very courteous and helpful.

I'm not so sure about that. This article says that it was distributed in Canada, the US and Mexico. The US media is sure covering the heck out of it and I wouldn't trust this food at all.

We get Old Roy and Pedigree. The Old Roy lists US and Canada. The US list has 5.5 oz cans listed and the pouches. We had given our girls some of the pouches earlier this month - mix it with the dry burger. No problems. But we won't get the pouch stuff for a while. Looks like ours will be getting more vienna sausage.

In addition they list some of their pet food on Science Diet as well although they're not on the list at that particular site.

That's interesting, I wonder why Science Diet isn't listed. I remember seeing their logo on a news story yesterday about this.

I got to tell you, this kind of thing makes me glad that we feed all of our dogs raw dog food. What a terrible terrible shame.
