How do you "accidently" delete the main file AND the backup????
I'd be surprised if that tech is still there

I've worked in IT for almost 20 years now and I can tell you if there is a way for someone to royally screw something up they will do it and usual at the worse time it can happen too. We had a guy once "accidentally" push the two big red buttons that say "DO NOT PUSH" that were the emergency power cut to the building causing a massive outage for us.
