After my last reinstall windows stops to ask for password in about mid-boot.
My work around is to hit the return button but I'm clueless how to rid myself of this pest.
Any ideas?

should be able to disable it in the users accounts, in the control panel choose edit a user then choose the user, and then remove password
its set to no password now if you dont have to enter one

One other option for a system that you no one but you would be logging on to is Auto logon.
