If I had mine to do over it would be at the Texas Motorplex with use standing at the tree and two top fuel funny cars taking off as the preacher says "I pronounce you man and wife"!

I had mine in a bar (actually a "beer hall", the former Garden In The Heights) with an open bar before and after the ceremony (opened it a little too early - my best man was nearly blitzed on mead and cider during the rehearsal). OH and we were in renaissance style attire, so most of the women had "great tracts of land".

If I had to do it over, I don't think I'd change a thing.
