Been stuck there since 7:00AM when its owner noticed it. Hopefully it is not injured

I don't have a horse but I have a dog that is close to my heart so I feel for that animal.

The horse has been rescued. nbc5i.com had live video. I am sorry for the horse, but I don't feel it is news worthy.

I guess there's not any new Imus or Anna Nichole news today.

I have to agree. And you all know how I feel for my horses.

But then again there is hardly anything that IS newsworthy that is in the news these days.

no joke prophet. I watched the new last nite and the first 15 minutes EVERY story was about someone being killed...either a stabbing, shooting or car accident. I feel like the news is nothing more than a broadcast of obituaries! i turned that junk off.

That's exactly why me and the wife do not watch any news. Somebody being killed, unless it effects everybody (and you will know) I don't think it should even make the news.

Maybe somebody should put together a news program that only shows good news...it could be called the "Happy News Hour" or something like that. Of course, it would probably have to just be a weekly broadcast since there's not much good news. Anybody ever watch "The Soup", formerly known as "Talk Soup" on E! channel? Somebody should do a daily news wrap-up similar to that.

Yeah, Happy News would be nice.

What really gets me is that if there just isn't enough tragedy and sadness in your own town we get to hear about how there was a car wreck in Bangladoraqia and three people were killed. I mean seriously, do we really need to import bad news? Like we don't have enough locally.

And then when they do try to slip in a "be happy" spot it is all haphazard. It's like they don't know how to put together a news report that doesn't start with "tragedy struck today ..."

Pft screw that.

Prophet out.
