I was curious about that too.

11. By submitting a photograph to this contest, the photographer grants Crestock the rights to freely publish said image online or in other media in relation to the contest, without remuneration.
12. Photos submitted for the contest will not be entered into our image collection or re-sold in any way.

I'm very suprised there is no assigning your rights away unless I am missing something.

Yeah, that was the subject of much discussion where I found it, too. I figured the sharp folks here would pick up on anything sneaky if it was there. The bit about keeping your copyrights is good, obviously. :)
