images ever taken with Hubble's cameras.

In celebration of the 17th anniversary of the launch and deployment of NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, a team of astronomers is releasing one of the largest panoramic images ever taken with Hubble's cameras.

Pretty impressive photograph!! But very big.

You can view and download the photos from the Hubble site directly. A good test to see if your video card is up to snuff!

And that is just for the JPG!

A print from that image, as it is right now, will be 110 inches x 53 inches. That is a pretty nice wall sized print!

how many "animals" can you find in the photo?

I ahve found:
duck
goose
pig
cat
great dane
a "wookie" or a "big foot type" creature
sheep
chimpanzee
jelly fish
duck chick (like the little yellow rubber ducky)
ostrich or emu

you have to use your imagination on this...
