Price of Gasoline

Went to fill-up my truck the other night and paid $3.00/gallon. Gasoline is hitting everyone real bad. In fact, one of the street gangs are now doing "walk-bys"

Or maybe "roll-by's" on bikes, like I've been doing... it's tricky to shoot from a bike though because balancing the camera with one hand can get difficult, depending on what lens I have bolted on the front.

I had to pay $43 to fill up my little Jeep Liberty and it doesn't hold that much ! I'm not giving up my vehicle for no bicycle ! Guess I better rig me a hitch on front of the Jeep and hook up a couple of our Black Angus hefeirs to it. I'll be the only one in town that will be able to say I get 10 miles to a bale of hay .

With the price of gas taking a cruise is getting to be a better choice. The price of the cruise is going up but it comes out cheaper than buying gas and driving across the country, renting motel rooms and buying meals. We have one booked in three weeks, as soon as I'm finished with my finals, and man will I need it by then!

I finally sold my Tahoe (I loved that vehicle).. Just got tired of $72 per week to fill it up. My new V6 Accord runs around $40...and the payments are lower....and I get about double the gas mileage. So.. I guess it was a worthwhile thing to do...Although I am not ready to be so practical with my vehicles...

Yea go figure, I decided to drive to Orlando to save money for our trip to Disney. Yeah Right! Just going to line a few more goverment pockets instead. There is no other reason for these high prices, someone is getting rich! It sucks that the small service business men have to pay the price!

I did not go yet, I am leaving at 3am! I have been trying to get to sleep since 8:00, not working I am a night owl! We are so looking forward to this trip! Holly, saw your other post about Disney. My 7 year old boy is a Zack & Cody fan and Hanna Montana. Well good night, I hope!

For those of you Mac Users, there is a widget availible for the dashboard that tells you the lowest gas prices in town, and best of all it was FREE!!! YIPPIE! I am LOVING hubbies new mac! hehehe Actually it isnt new, it is 2 years old, G4 but IM LOVING it!
