Quick advise needed! do or don't take DSLR - 05-08-2007, 08:53 AM

I am leaving for Univirsal Studios in about 15 minutes and I am torn about taking my D80 to the park or not ? Has anyone brought a big camera inside one of these big theme parks? I worry about holding it all day and taking it on bumpy wet rides! Any quick advice would be great!

Take a P&S or you'll be worried about it and not have fun.

I took the Fuji F30 and still got decent snaps, which is what I'm after with the kids anyway.

YMMV.
