The worst part about this is that some people actually fall for this stuff.

You should try it and remember not to forget all your TPF'ers when you are rolling around in your "$6.7 million dollars(sixmillion seven hundred thousand united states dollars)". If you want, you could get me a 70-200L IS f/2.8.....

I will make a promise. If I actually find myself in a real position to recieve 6.7 million american dollars I will uy each TPF member a 70-200 f/2.8 L IS or Nikons equivalent lens. I might even be generous and throw in a CP filter for each lens . Man talk about an obvious attempt at Identity theft ! I really feel for all the nieve people that will actually fall for this scam. Only thing we can hope for them is they don't have much in their bank account. I just found this extremely funny the way they think I would actaully believe I just forgot about the 6.7 they owed me. Actually they are playing on the human greed. They figure someone will think "They must have me mixed up with someone else they owe money to, All I have to do is play along and I can be rich". This is a perfect example of how the human greed can destroy someone. If the person is honest they wouldn't even try to collect the money because they knw it's not their's but a greedy dishonst person would try to collect it and end up loosing everything. Man I sure could use $6.7million though

I've got a credit card number checker on my other machine, but it's not connected to the Net. PM me your card number and date and I'll run it though the machine and let you know...

Don't trust him!!!! Now me on the other hand you can trust, after all you can see I already have $6.7 million coming to me. Just send me your card number and the expiration date and I'll check it for you. Since your a TPF member I'll give you a discounted rate of only $7000, small price to pay for your identity security, honest

Please remember to include the billing address and the 3 digit security code from the back of the card as well.
