This Homeownership stuff. Wow, the wife sure can find things for me to do, today it was mow, install a decorative border around her flower beds, edge the yard, AND THERES STILL MORE TO DO! I hadn't realized that the real cost of homeownership is not up front, its all the little things, and the "additions" that the wife wants.....My neck and back are killing me. And Home Depot laughed every trip I made to spend money.....

She wants the yard to look "pretty" for the neighbors to look at. First a shed, now a fence, what next, I ask?

If it's a new home you will be planting trees. Do you have kids? That adds an entirely new level of yard work.

I feel for you. But find it slightly erotic that you are out there working the field.

Sorry, it's the man in me.

I know, he was all indignant yesterday when I wouldn't let him eat the little 9 year old stick girl. He would walk away in a huff, turn and try again from a different direction.

Maniac.

And as for the other horse, his name is Solomon. He's a sweetie.
