From bad to good

So I told this to Sonny on msn earlier and if I figured if he got as good as of a laugh out of it as I did.. everyone should.

So, a buddy of mine calls me last night after a terrible day I had at work. He asked me what a Nikon D50 was.. I told him it was a lower cheaper solution for a Nikon DSLR but great for whatever he needed to do since he doesn't know anything about cameras anyway.

He replied with "Oh, well I just found one in a box in my room and I have never opened it, I think I bought it one day when I was drunk hoping I can take pictures of some chicks at a party and just totally forgot about it a month or so ago"

I thought that was funny so of course I laughed pretty hard. So, he puts the camera together and 10 minutes later he calls me back pissed off with "I think this camera is broke from sitting in the box to long, I started taking photos and it won't save the photos!!"

I asked him if he put the memory card in or if he even purchased one with it and his reply topped it all off. "Memory card? I thought cameras had hard drives built into them and that the memory cards were just extra storage" I was in tears from laughter.

So a little bit more went on after all that I had one hell of a good laugh and my dad was so much better after last night. He did btw say he was going to best buy today to get a memory card lol.
